We are the only agent in Malmesbury dedicated to selling homes. We pride ourselves on realistic pricing and have an exceptionally high percentage of sales that reach completion.

Janice Adams - Director

Janice was born and raised on her parents' farm in Devon but is a well-known figure in the Malmesbury community. She joined Blount & Maslin in 2006, and with more than 25 years' experience working in the industry, her depth of knowledge means Janice is best placed to help clients prepare their properties to come to market. Her honest, friendly and transparent approach is supported by a like-minded and knowledgeable team, allowing her to provide the highest standards of service. She has recently taken over the business, with Keith taking more of a 'back seat' role.Janice has lived in the area for over 30 years, moving to the centre of Malmesbury some 20 years ago, when she purchased her Grade II Listed cottage. This is her pride and joy, having extended and refurbished it twice in that time. She has two sons, and when they left home, she acquired a new addition to the family in the form of Mia, her miniature Labradoodle.

Julie Gleed - Senior Sales Negotiator

Julie has a well-established connection with Malmesbury, growing up in nearby Brinkworth and attending Malmesbury Secondary School. Having moved to properties within the local area a number of times during her career, she truly understands Malmesbury and the surrounding villages, allowing her to pass on her extensive knowledge to buyers and sellers alike. With her friendly and enthusiastic outlook, Julie is well placed to put clients at ease during their property journey.She is married with four daughters with her family also extending to Louis - a black Labrador. Outside of work, Julie can be found on the golf course, travelling or dining at her favourite restaurants.

Melissa Phelps - Sales Negotiator

Our newest recruit, Melissa, will be joining the Sales team at Blount & Maslin, bringing with her a wealth of experience in property, finance, and customer service.Originally from the area, Melissa has recently relocated from Cornwall and now lives with her husband in a listed cottage just off the High Street.Melissa is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and helping them navigate their property journey. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, spending time with her family and dogs, and is an avid Bath Rugby supporter. She's also a regular visitor to Cheltenham Racecourse, where she enjoys the odd flutter.

Carol Reid - Sales Progression

Carol moved from Warwickshire to Malmesbury in 1989. She has worked in property for many years and has recently semi-retired from advising on small businesses to make more time for her family. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, reading, travelling and keeping up with her two daughters and elderly parents. She loves the fact she can walk to work now, having previously clocked up too many miles to mention travelling around the south-west.

Lucy Andrews - Administration

Lucy is our 'Admin Queen'. Having had a career in customer service, retail and administration, her methodical and organised approach is a huge benefit to the office. Growing up locally - a proper farmer's daughter - she knows the ins and outs of countryside living.She is married with two grown-up daughters and 2 grandsons who keep her busy when she's not here keeping us all in line. Not one to rest on her laurels, Lucy is forever keen to increase her skillset, so she is currently studying Level 3 Bookkeeping. If she ever has any spare time, Lucy can often be found running, cycling or paddleboarding. In her quieter moments, she loves to read and knit.

Andrea Macmillan - Marketing and Administration

Andrea grew up in Lea, a picturesque village on the outskirts of Malmesbury. After living in various locations both in UK and abroad she has now returned to her roots and is living in Malmesbury. With over 10 years of experience in marketing, Andrea has joined the team at Blount & Maslin as an administrator and marketing/ social media advisor. When she is not working Andrea loves walking her Jack Russell, gardening, travelling and reading.

Keith Maslin - Consultant

Having trained with Hamptons, he joined Christopher Blount & Co in 1997, and became a partner of the newly formed Blount & Maslin in 2001. Christopher retired in June 2006, when Janice Adams joined the company. Keith became a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) in July 1991 and is one of few NAEA Licensed Estate Agents in the area. He is a keen cyclist, on theroad in the better weather and off-road on his mountain bike in the winter. He enjoys all forms of motor sport, both watching and participating. Keith, his wife Jane, and their two dogs live on Foxley Road in Malmesbury. He is a St Paul Malmesbury Without Parish Councillor, a trustee of Malmesbury League of Friends, and after 35 years is still actively involved with the annual bonfire and fireworks event.
