Monthly Management Fee - 15% of monthly rent
Includes collecting the monthly rent, periodic inspections with findings reported, dealing with all maintenance issues, paying contractors from monthly rent where sufficient, organising gas and electrical checks where required, checking out the property at the end of the tenancy and dealing with deposit repayment and negotiating deductions where required, providing monthly statements and contractor invoices, renewing risk assessment annually.
TENANT FIND ONLY - 1 months rent

By prior agreement we can carry out additional duties such as court appearances to provide evidence, overseeing renovations to the property, preparing specialised statements if requested by HMRC, preparing legal notices, liasing with solicitors, insurance companies or other professionals.
