We first met with the team at Boatwrights in the new year of 2021, to explain what kind of property we were looking for. Unlike almost all the estate agents we'd been dealing with, they did not bombard us with inappropriate suggestions, and/or waste our time with marginal possibilities. In fact, they said they had nothing for us, but would be in touch when they had. Then, silence. Eight months later, we received an email inviting us to consider carefully a property that was about to come on the market, which they felt would suit us. Before going public with this property, Boatwrights said they would show it to three or four special clients. Were we interested? We studied the spec. It seemed perfect in almost every way. So we made an appointment to make a visit at the first opportunity. (I think ours was the last of four viewings.) As it turned out, the viewing matched the brochure. This was exactly the house and garden we wanted, and the price was right. We made our offer at the asking price on the spot, commissioned a survey at once, and had the whole transaction underway within a week. Two months later we are ready to complete the sale and move in. All I can say in retrospect (after more than a year of looking with some very high-profile names) is that Boatwrights provide a first-class professional service tailored to the needs of their clients. The vibe is efficient and highly focussed. Some people might say it was old-fashioned and traditional, but the proof is in the results. We found our dream house, and acquired it with a minimum of fuss, and in what seems now like record time. We could not recommend Boatwrights (Dan & Matthew especially) too highly. They are the tops.

We have recently bought a property using the services of Nathan and his team at Boatwrights Shaftesbury branch. Throughout the process Nathan has been the biggest help amongst all involved. There have been a few issues throughout and one person who helped us push things along was Nathan. Nathan was always at the end of the phone talking to us, the vendors and both legal teams involved. Without Nathans help I'm not sure we would have the keys to the property today. We can't speak highly enough about the help, advice and service provided, so thank you Nathan.
