    Neil is one of the founding partners of the business. He grew up in Bideford, where he attended Grenville College. After a period working for an independent estate agent in Exeter, he returned to Bideford and established Bond Oxborough Phillips with business partners Christopher Bond and Peter Oxborough. Neil has gained a broad knowledge of the estate agency business, particularly the Bideford property market where he has been based for over 20 years. With a strong desire to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to ensure the company continues to be the market leader, Neil is always looking for ways to develop the business further and to meet the expectations and challenges of today's house sellers and buyers. He is married to Dawn and has four children.

    DAWN PHILLIPS - Director
    Dawn relocated to Bideford in 2002 from Surrey where she had enjoyed a successful sales career within a large international technology company. Whilst working within the computer industry she had the opportunity to travel to many different countries working for extended periods in locations such as Brussels and Colorado, it was during such visits that she developed a desire to make a permanent home in a coastal location and fell in love with the North Devon coastline and varied properties.

    Since joining the company in 2009 Dawn has worked across several of our offices gaining valuable knowledge of our various geographies. Her interest in people and property has led to a successful career in estate agency. Outside of work Dawn, her husband Neil and their four children spend many hours enjoying the local burrows and coastal walks with their dogs.
