    The Venmore Group work with a panel of locally approved solicitors. Each appointed panel Solicitor is subject to rigorous service standards with the service they give, rated by every client . Poor feedback means losing their place on the panel. We offer a fixed fee, no completion no fee, service so if your transaction falls through for any reason you will not have to pay any legal fees.

    Surveys

    We have been carrying out surveys and valuations for over 100 years. Our senior personnel individually have a minimum of over 20 years local experience dealing with all forms of property valuations. Advice offered prior to purchase includes either a full Homebuyers Report or a simple report tailored to your needs.
