We source desirable, professionally referenced tenants and provide them with high quality Lease Agreements, created by our Legal team. We assist the new applicants with the reference criteria and offer dedicated new tenancy advisors to each property allowing the applicant to have number one service.

    With a dedicated Property Manager allocated to every landlord and tenant and a Head Office support network consisting of a Senior Portfolio Manager, a team of Property Managers and Property Management Assistants, designed to provide our customers with a knowledgeable point of contact. Landlords receive top quality Inventories embedded with photographs which meet the Tenancy Deposit Scheme approval, two further inspection reports are produced a year, offering recommendations to maintain the property, all produced through our own in-house team using TIM software. Having our own Property Managers trained to inventory clerk standards ensures consistency between tenancies. By recording all visits on our system allows us to provide landlords with more comprehensive reports on their most valuable assets.

    Braemore can also offer a Rent Legal Protection service to their Landlords, and a Reposit service From 1st Aug 2019, a scheme whereby tenants can move in with less financial burden, helping minimise Landlord void periods.
