    Group Managing Director

    James Baldry (FNAEA) is Group Managing Director who is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of the group's sales. A man of many talents, he is also the creator of many of our much-anticipated marketing campaigns and can often be found frantically scribbling these away on a whiteboard. Working in property since 1994, and with Bridges since 1997, James spends his time away from the office following his beloved Tottenham Hotspur around the country (and Europe when they're in it) whilst also enjoying time with friends and family in many of Fleet's watering holes.

    Sales Director - Bracknell Forest

    James MacPhee (FNAEA) is the Sales Director - Bracknell Forest. He is a qualified estate agent with over 24 years of experience. James is well known for his tenacity and getting clients results or solutions fast.. Working in property covering the areas of Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire since 2000, and joining Bridges in 2011, James spends his time away from the office playing an occasional round of golf, going to the odd car show and spending time with friends and family.

    Jon Roberts has recently joined Bridges to be involved with the opening of the exciting new Bracknell Forest and surrounding towns office. Bringing to Bridges a wealth of experience with over 34 years in the property industry in Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire working for both Independent and Corporate companies. With a proven history of successfully opening many new flag ship offices building market share and profitability. Away from work Jon spends his time with his wife and three daughters and loves travelling to Carvoeiro, Portugal which is his favourite holiday destination.

Since joining Bridges in 2004 Bill has worked in all of the offices, this along with the fact Bill has lived locally all of his life means there is not much he doesn't know about the local area. His role requires him to work at different branches as and when required putting his local knowledge to good use. He is successful in building relationships with clients and finding them their ideal home.

Her responsibilities are diverse, encompassing not only the management of Business Services but also supporting Operations and HR functions.A long-time resident of Bracknell, Jo has lived in the area for over 16 years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on the local bowling green and having fun with family and friends.
