We had a sale of our house and from the time Brinkleys came out to see the property to the time we completed, their service has been excellent. We were updated with viewings regularly and when they were not happening in a timely manner and also regularly updated with feedback. The sale did become protracted and Graeme really kept us calm and reassured through it all and right up to completion.
