Property Viewings and Transport Costs

Our agency does not charge a separate fee for arranging property viewings. You only pay the transport costs at a rate of €0.30 per kilometre. If you purchase a property through us, the amount paid for transport will be deducted from the agreed commission — up to €125 for each property purchased.

Support After the Purchase

Our work does not end when the Notary Deed is signed. Many of the more affordable properties in Bulgaria require partial or complete renovation. That is why we work with a team of qualified builders who can carry out the necessary repair, restoration and finishing work.

We also provide assistance with company registration, BULSTAT registration where required, transferring electricity and water accounts, and ongoing legal and accounting services, including annual tax returns and financial statements.
