Bush have managed my property for the past three years and I have always been very impressed by their trustworthiness, professionalism and friendliness. I have always recieved a lot of support and guidance and my queries are always quickly answered. Any problems that have occurred in the property, including a boiler meltdown, have been clearly communicated and dealt with smoothly. As I'm no longer local, I have found it absolutely invaluable to have agents that are proactive and give really useful advice. I would 100% recommend them; they go above and beyond.

Bush Property Lettings have managed my property for a few years now. I have to say that a few years ago I wasn't that impressed with some of the team in place at all. The good news now though is that they've had a complete team overhaul and really seem to be on top of their game over the last 12 months in particular. I became an accidental landlord in Cambridge over 20 years ago and with no experience and living 100 miles away I entrusted full management to Bush Lettings. I have always valued my relationship with them: finding excellent tenants, answering all their calls for help and even managing a major refurbishment, including a new kitchen, all without my close involvement. They always asked permission before incurring costs on my behalf and I felt that my tenants were very well looked after. I cannot recommend the team at Bush highly enough.

I had a great experience finding a property to rent with Bush. I saw a couple of flats in Cambrdige with Vincent Robinson. He was very helpful and friendly, and helped me along with the application process when I found the right flat.
