They read and witness the title deed, checks identities, no taxes due or debts outstanding. You then become the home owner.

His experience has taken in running offices in Bath, Cheltenham and many offices in Wiltshire and Somerset. If you know Peter, then you will know that he lives and breathes the business.     We have the 'Best' office position in the town without question. Across from the Post Office and at the stop and go at Wood Street/Curzon Street. Very prominent. A great place for someone to showcase their home in our large display window. It is probably the best place to put an open sign for sure. Sunday can get very busy as people walk in for their morning coffee or grab a paper. Inside we have the main showroom and also have a further large display room where clients can meet.
