Gary Fear, Branch Manager

I started within estate agency aged 22 and quickly got the bug. Now, 30 years on, I still have the same enthusiasm for my clients and the properties we sell. I'm passionate about customer service and always get a great feeling of satisfaction when we get a thank you card from a happy customer. In my spare time, I enjoy fund raising and, in the last few years have walked Marathon distances, completed the Ben Nevis Challenge, taken part in a John O'Groats to Lands End cycle ride and had my head shaved for charity, raising nearly £10,000 in total for various causes. I'm married to a lovely wife who just happens to be an amazing baker so, when it comes to the MacMillan Coffee morning each year, I'm never short of something impressive. In my spare time, I have a love of technology, enjoy spending quality time with great friends and, whenever possible, getting away somewhere new on holiday.

Lisa Leigh, Sales Manager

Having worked within the estate agency industry in Cheshire for over 13 years and covering different aspects of the business, I am now looking forward to my new role after recently joining the Nantwich office. My aim is to make the whole process run smoothly from offer stage right through to the handing over of the keys upon completion and maintain great relationships with vendors, purchasers and solicitors. Outside of work I enjoy travel, socialising and much to my husband's annoyance designer hand bags.

Charlotte Mountford, Sales Negotiator

I started my career in estate agency when I was 21, having just got my feet on the ground from being an air hostess with Virgin Airways. I took to this like a duck to water, enjoying the contact with customers and loving the feeling each time I sell a property. I still love that success now and haven't lost any of the enthusiasm that I first had. Clearly a family thing as my mum is still a full time estate agent working nearby! I live locally with my partner and know Nantwich like the back of my hand. When I'm not selling houses, I enjoy spending time walking, socialising and eating out as well as having valuable time at home, playing and baking with my two children. My claim to fame is that I'm an identical twin and we both starred in a film when we were children.

I joined Butters John Bee as an apprentice in 2015 and I have recently enjoyed moving up to become a fully-fledged member of the Nantwich team. I've gained considerable knowledge of the industry in my time here and have been supported by a super team of colleagues who have been keen and enthusiastic to share their own knowledge. I'm now looking to expand my qualifications by working towards an Advanced Diploma in Residential Sales. In my spare time, I have a passion for cooking, love travelling and socialising and most enjoy spending valuable time with family when I'm not at work.

I joined butters john bee in 2014 as an apprentice working at the Crewe branch and have since worked in offices in both Cheshire and Staffordshire, gaining a wealth of knowledge in property sales. Now a full time sales negotiator, I have recently joined the team in my hometown of Nantwich, where I look forward to continuing to build on my experience within the industry. I have lived here my entire life and know Nantwich and its surrounding areas like the back of my hand - something that benefits my role greatly. When not at work, I love to socialise and spend time with my friends and family, especially when it involves wining and dining!

I have worked in Financial Services for over 20 years and been lucky to gain a wealth of varied experience working within a number of financial institutions, estate agents and brokerages across the Staffordshire and Cheshire area. I have been lucky enough to work with Gary and the Nantwich team since October 2014 where I've been able to put my experience to use in helping many new clients, and get fantastic job satisfaction from being able to help make people's dreams of moving house a reality. I am a mum to 2 young boys, George and Louis, and so when I'm not at work I try to make the most of spending time with my young family and enjoy taking them out into the great outdoors. I'm also a 'cricket widow' during the summer months, with my hubby of 15 years being a keen cricketer, but I have to confess to quite enjoying making the teas for 22 hungry men when I get the opportunity!
