Customer service provided was outstanding. My sale was very long and protracted but they never lost interest. They continuously kept me informed regarding progress and feedback. It was very rare for me to have to chase anyone - they did what they said they would. The service I received from C J Hole, Bradley Stoke, was efficient, prompt and reliable. I sold my house in Bradley Stoke at the beginning of 2014. It was part of a small chain and the house was processed through in around 4 weeks as I was keen to move fast. Kathy, chased up everyone in the chain on a regular basis and ALWAYS rang me back promptly to keep me informed. The sales team worked effectively together and initially when choosing an agent they were honest but not pushy.

CJ Hole at Willow Brook in Bradley Stoke are an incredibly professional, diligent, helpful and friendly team. They managed to find me 2 buyers in the space of 4 weeks. Even though I was the one who decided the first buyers terms were unreasonable, and I was the one who decided to pull out of the sale, everyone in the office was very understanding. I felt awkward as they had done their job in finding the buyer but they made me feel comfortable with my decision and worked hard to find me another buyer. This was done promptly, and one week after I pulled out of the first deal, I had another buyer. After sale service was excellent. Kathryn deserves special mention. She kept the chain moving and my own buyers said they learnt more from her than their own agents. They have restored my faith in Estate Agents. Fantastic job. First rate and highly recommend them

The office were professional when making an formal offer, no pushy sales negotiators here. I was impressed that CJ Hole kept me informed throughout the home-buying process; my solicitor often posted documents to me with no indication that they had been sent and so there was a few days delay in correspondence, whereas Sam often emailed unprompted with extra information about how things were progressing. She was also able to arrange with the seller additional access to the property's garage the weekend before the completion date in order for me to move some furniture in advance. This was extremely helpful in the circumstances. Sam and the other staff were also very friendly in their communications in contrast to both my solicitors and other estate agents I've used. Hence in summary, I'd definitely recommend them and would use them in future myself.
