CJ Hole, Cheltenham

My experience of selling with CJ Hole was excellent.The initial visit for valuation was very positive and I feel that the house was marketed at the correct price and also achieved a good price on completion.Jenni was fantastic as my agent. She kept me really well informed throughout the process, responded very quickly to any questions that I had, and she liaised with everyone involved so the solutions to holdups could be speedily resolved.I will definitely use CJ Hole again if I need to sell a property.

CJ Hole have continued to provide us with an exceptional service over the years with our rental property. Our previous tenant decided to buy a property after renting from us for 6 years and, following a telephone call with Orrin, the property was re-advertised and he was straight in touch with potential tenants to arrange viewings. A new tenancy was agreed at full asking price within a few days. We are delighted with our new tenants and Orrin did an excellent job in securing this for us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Oli & the team at CJ Hole. Moving from London to Cheltenham was a big step for us, so we were so grateful to have such a easy moving process.

Booked an extended weekend off work because of the daunting task of looking for a property to rent in the same town. Before the end of the weekend we had somewhere sorted and the references were complete. So we were off to a great start and I got to enjoy my days off stress free.Oliver was our estate agent, and you could rarely meet a more affable and knowledgable bloke. He was available every step of the way and answered any banal questions I had promptly and enthusiastically. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I'm back to enjoying my freedom with my partner in our new home.All in all, a great stress-free experience. I'm skint, but I won't deduct any points for that. A few minor issues with the property itself, but the team have been just as swift and responsive in the aftercare as they are in the viewings/application process, so I feel we're in good hands.If we continue at this pace, I can't see myself recommending anyone else but Oliver and the crew at CJ Hole should anyone be moving to beautiful Cheltenham.
