Camel Homes were the vendors agents in my situation and I was so lucky to have bought through them.. we viewed the house we eventually bought with Tom and were delighted to discover that there were no sales tactics implemented, appointment booked when we were available, not when they wanted us there, never amended (I only say this as some agents did, booking us and then amending us to when other buyers are leaving so that you feel increased pressure, creating worry about other interest in the same property) we arrived and he let us view in our own time, offered information as needed, but did not go down any kind if hard sell route like some other agents we had to deal with.. We made our offer which was accepted, again without any games or nonsense as we had experienced at a different property, it was an honest negotiation which was very straight forward to deal with. At this point Karen took over.. Karen was the person who kept us sane during the long winded and costly paper pushing excersize that is buying a property. Karen updated us constantly with any information she had and was efficient, reassuring and understanding at every turn, she certainly has some crazy buyers anxiety to deal with, but she was honestly the perfect woman for the job.
