    We are the trading subsidiary of Monmouthshire Housing Association so we have a wealth of experience in all aspects of the housing sector. Our profits are invested back into our local communities in a range of ways.

    Our services are broken down as follows ?

    NEW HOMES We build and sell top quality new houses in areas where people aspire to live, both for open market sale and through the Welsh Government's Homebuy scheme (as Monmouthshire Housing's Homebuy Agent.)
    We do this in partnership with respected housebuilders such as Edenstone Homes and Barratts. True partnership working is at the core of everything we do.

    PROPERTY SERVICES We provide an extensive property and maintenance service for both property landlords and individuals, which includes boiler servicing and replacements, plumbing, painting and decorating.
    CAPSEL HOMES Through our separate Capsel Homes brand we provide a sales and lettings agency service, much like your traditional estate agency, except everything we do is on-line, meaning we can be super competitive.
