      Accepting an offer

      We place a great importance on transparency of offers. We have created a comprehensive online offer form which asks the applicant for all details relevant to their offer. Once submitted, this offer will be forwarded to you in full, allowing you to see and understand the strength of the offer first-hand without any agent explanation or justification required.

      Sales progression

      A crucial part of our role after the acceptance of an offer is progressing the sale through the conveyancing process to completion. Although there are exceptions, the majority of sales take between 10 and 12 weeks to complete.

      Exchange of contracts

      This occurs when copies of signed contracts are exchanged between your solicitor and the buyer's solicitor, and a non-refundable deposit is paid by the buyer.


      This occurs when the property legally changes hands, with any mortgage arrangements in place, and the transfer of funds has occurred.
