    Julian Beresford Adams FNAEA - Managing Director
    A fourth generation estate agent, Julian and his fellow Directors founded Cavendish Rentals in 1999 as an extension of the Cavendish Group of Estate Agents opened some six years earlier. Following the retirement of Christine Collins, Julian was appointed Managing Director in June 2014 and comments "property management is a hands-on business where the expertise and the passion of those caring for other people's property has to be a priority". At Cavendish Rentals, we can truly say that The Difference is Our People. In his spare time, Julian enjoys competitive sailing and walking.

    David Adams MARLA MNAEA DipDEA - Lettings Director
    David is the great-great grandson of the founder of the former Beresford Adams Estate Agency and has property in his blood! He started work with the Cavendish Group aged 15 as a Saturday boy and after finishing higher education joined the sales team as a negotiator. He joined the lettings team in 2010 and in early 2017 was asked to join the board of Directors. David works very closely with the front of house offices, generating new business for the firm and heads up the valuations team. In his spare time, David enjoys cycling up mountain passes and walking his Labradoodle, Gordon.

    Liza Moffatt - Property Management Director
    Liza joined Cavendish Rentals in 2002 and was employed to set up a Management Department to look after the maintenance of our managed properties. Liza's calm, steady yet persuasive manner has endeared her to both clients and tenants alike. Liza thoroughly enjoys the daily interaction with landlords, tenants and contractors and is totally committed to delivering a professional service at all times. Out of work time, Liza enjoys spending time with her family and her ever increasing pets!

    Nicola Blake FARLA - Operations Director
    Nicola joined the company in 2003 as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator and over the years has gained a vast amount of experience. Since passing her ARLA technical award in 2010, Nicola continued with her studies to become one of the first in the country to pass the ARLA Level Four Certificate in Residential Lettings & Property Management, entitling her to become a Fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. Nicola oversees the running of the Chester and Mold Lettings office, and maintains compliance for the firm.  Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with her family, and her young daughter Lauren keeps her busy!

    Daniel Owen MARLA MNAEA - Lettings Negotiator
    Daniel joined the team in June 2017 after relocating from North Wales. He has over 9 years of experience in Residential lettings, Property Management and HMO's. On a day to day basis Daniel carries out viewings with tenants and agrees property lets.Out of work Daniel enjoys spending quality time with his family, he also likes to keep physically active by playing football.
