    How Much Rent Can You Afford?
    All tenants renting through a Letting agent will need to go through a comprehensive reference. During this process you will be scored on your credit history, affordability and a previous Landlord reference. Before going through this process our team can help advise you on what criteria you will need to meet for each property.

    Due to the shortage in available properties to rent, it's highly recommended that you register with a Letting Agent. This will ensure that you are the first to know when a property that meets your requirements becomes available
