    Kington is a small market town located in the county of Herefordshire, just a stone's throw away from the Welsh border. Due to its fantastic countryside location, Kington is the perfect place for walking enthusiasts and those that love the great outdoors.

    For a small town, Kington is well connected via both rail and road. There are a handful of railway stations close by, with trains running from the nearby Knighton and following the Welsh Marches line through to Shrewsbury in the north and Swansea in the south. There is also Leominster station which runs along the Welsh Marches line to Abergavenny and from Hereford station you can travel to Birmingham, Manchester and London Paddington. Road travel is also convenient, with the A44 running nearby to Kington, which provides connections to Leominster, Worcester and the rest of the UK motorway network.

    There is plenty to do in Kington, with a handful of independent shops in the town centre, beautiful historic architecture to enjoy and an abundance of countryside to explore.
