    Lightwater is a delightful village located in the county of Surrey. With its beautiful green spaces and convenient amenities, it is no surprise that it is one of Surrey's most sought-after villages. Lightwater also boasts fantastic transport links, with the closest railway station just 1.4 miles away in Bagshot. From here there are rail services to London Waterloo (one hour journey time), Ascot and Guildford, perfect for those commuting to work. Travel by road is just as convenient, with the M3 motorway right on your doorstep. The M4 can also be reached via the A322 in less than 25 minutes, providing access to the West and South Wales.

    There is plenty to do in Lightwater, with something to please the whole family.
