    About Notting Hill

    Notting Hill is an affluent district of West London, located in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. This vibrant area is world renowned for its annual carnival and is home to an array of independent eateries, antique shops and plenty of green spaces.

    Notting Hill has fantastic transport links that span across the rest of the city and other major destinations throughout the UK. Its Underground station benefits from the Central, Circle and District lines plus the nearby Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Park also cover the Hammersmith and City lines. Travelling by road is also easy, with the A4 nearby providing access to the M4 motorway.

      '' This is a truly honest 5* review, specially for Hugh Saffrey who dealt with everything that we needed to sign our tenancy agreement in spite of COVID and coming from another country. He made every effort to make sure that we were aware of all the relevant details of the property, kept us updated with every step that happened and spoke to us by phone as many times as possible. As we were not able to travel into London to see the property, Hugh arranged a virtual viewing for us and also prepared an electronic tenancy agreement that was very easy to sign and also helped with the rest of the legal paperwork required. Finally, when we arrived to London after an exhausting long trip and collected the keys from him he helped us to go into the property with our belongings and checked that everything was working properly so that we had nothing to worry about (like heating system, smoke alarms, etc.). We really appreciate his professional attitude and how welcoming and helpful he was with us, especially in these difficult times.
