The Chancellors Group of Estate Agents which includes Anscombe & Ringland and Russell Baldwin & Bright has won a further 2 awards at the prestigious Daily Mail UK Property Awards 2007 to add to the 9 they won last year, and the 1 from the year before.
The successes were Best Estate Agency for Chancellors Oxfordshire and Best Estate Agency Russell Baldwin & Bright Herefordshire, gaining an impressive five-star rating in each category, the highest available!
This is the second time Chancellors have won best Oxfordshire Agent in the last three years, which clearly demonstrates consistency and depth to our offering across the 17 Oxfordshire offices.
In addition to the above awards Chancellors also won the Home Sale Network "Best Independent Estate Agent 2006" from a national network of over 750 estate agents. IT Systems
We are proud to be at the leading edge of IT technology.
Our IT department has been instrumental in allowing us to quickly change and adapt our marketing approach. As a company we were the first leading estate agent to create its own web site and the first agent to launch a mobile phone messaging service. As well as our own website we also show properties on a number of the leading portal sites, such as RightMove, Prime Location, FindaProperty and PropertyFinder, where on average your property will be seen more than 100 times a day. Because we understand how buyers search online for properties, you can also have a Google adword to improve its visibility.
We have the unique ‘Find a Property’ and ‘Find a Tenant’ facility on our website which enables potential Clients and Landlords to see what Applicants and Tenants we have on our books looking for a property like yours.
We have recently relaunched our website www.chancellors.co.uk which now contains further enhancements to improve your online experience. The new site is designed to save time with its new advanced search facility on the front page. Choose the area and office in two clicks each, enter your maximum price and then click the Search Button for a detailed search to occur. Register for Emails or Text Alerts for new properties that meet your need and if a property appeals, click to request a viewing.
Our new full details facility lets you click through property photos smoothly as if turning the pages of an album. Should issues arise after we’ve given our unique Seal of Approval to tenants, our Chairman will give the matter his personal attention.
