He has seen the industry change over this time and feels the new legislation is making the standard of living better for tenants. Ben, a blue belt third degree, teaches Brazilian Jiu- Jitsu, to 4-13 year olds, twice a week at a renowned Martial Arts Academy called North12 CFS in North Finchley.

Having worked in the property industry since 1995, Chiara started out as a Team Secretary/Personal Assistant at an Estate Agents in Finsbury Park, North London. She has acquired in-depth knowledge of property administration spanning over 20 years especially within lettings. She moved into the Property Management side of the industry in 2005 and then into Block Property Management in 2017. She has an enviable range of skills and experience when liaising with Tenants and Landlords alike and has a great ability to multi-task and stay organised in a fast-paced work environment.
