The office is made up of an exceptionally experienced group, headed up by Rowland King, the Director of Sales, who has worked in Prime Central London sales since 2003 and joined Chestertons in 2013 where he quickly progressed, becoming head of the Chelsea sales department in January 2016. He has since grown his remit and is now also heads up sales for Knightsbridge & Belgravia as well as Chelsea.
In his 13 years in agency, Rowland has handled hundreds of high value sales and developed a detailed knowledge of this unique market as well as an excellent network of clients, developers, investors, solicitors and influencers, many of which he is pleased to call his friends. In that time he has also built a reputation for providing an impeccable service and enthusiastically delivering excellent results for his clients.
The team are proactive in ensuring their clients are informed on laws and requirements of buying, selling or renting a property, as they feel this allows them to feel secure and comfortable throughout the process.
The Knightsbridge & Chelsea office takes a real interest in the local community, supporting and working with St Mungos homeless charity and are active supporters of the annual "Calling London" coat drive that encourages clients to hand in coats to local offices that are then distributed to London's most vulnerable families.
