It was a difficult sale in the peak of Brexit and also Chestertons were new to the area and building a client base. However, as they say, all it takes is the one and thats what Chesterton's were able to provide - a strong, good quality sale to a genuine purchaser. Where Chestertons really showed how great they are was having a sales associate like Marnia with excellent work ethic, who was dedicated from sale through to completion, never taking her eye off the ball. We honestly believe it if wasn't for her dealing the other solicitors and agents through the chain it could have fallen apart. It was important to her to achieve a positive outcome for us and our buyer and she implemented it perfectly.
