Chestertons (specifically Daniel Killick) were supremely helpful in the sale of my Kew Bridge apartment. They explained things clearly, kept me updated, and handled the logistical complexities (I live overseas) efficiently, professionally and flexibly. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

All the team at Chesterton's Kew were very friendly & professional. Before the house went on the market they all came to see it so they had a good knowledge of it when showing potential buyers around. They gave a lot of help & advice throughout the process. Lizzy Teeder in particular was a star. Always cheerful & positive & made excellent recommendations for a solicitor & removals company. She kept me updated all the time. She's a real asset to the team & I would definitely recommend them for selling & buying properties.

Chestertons in Kew and Richmond have recently concluded the sale of our Richmond house. We interviewed many agents but really appreciated the thoughtful approach and early commitment to our sale that Daniel demonstrated. All the negotiators involved from the Kew and Richmond offices were professional from the start, putting in the effort to 'know the house'. They were efficient and courteous, and all the interactions we had with them were both informative and enjoyable. I recently had a valuation completed on my property by the Director of Chestertons Kew. He was an incredibly bright chap who had a real understanding of the local market. He knew i wasn't going to sell my property, but nonetheless was very thorough going about his work. Within a couple of days i had my market appraisal and was delighted with the information provided. One can't help notice the amount of Community Work that Chestertons are doing with local schools and the local rugby club, London Welsh. I have no hesitation in recommending them in the future.

The whole process from arranging a viewing to sorting all the pre move-in paperwork, was the smoothest I have experienced. When looking for a property you often bounce between agents, however Chestertons proved they far outweigh competition with their quick responses and efficient support. The whole team were extremely helpful and friendly, and made our move feel effortless!!
