I have been using Churchfield to rent out and manage my Bournemouth flat for over 7 years now and they are by far the best rental agent I have dealt with. I've been able to compare their services to agents in London who charge a far higher fee and the service is no where near the service level Churchfield provide. Churchfield, more specifically Gemma Hayward and more recently Sarah Olymbios, continue to provide exemplary management of my property and also provide realistic feedback about the state of the property and make realistic suggestions on improvements that can be made whilst also bearing in mind the cost factor. I truly feel they have a great balance between keeping tenants happy and my flat marketable whilst ensuring I don't have to be constantly spending. They've even gone so far as to liaise with the management company of my flat when I've been out of the country and ensure I've never gone a month without rental income. I could not recommend them more highly.
