We appreciate that there is “no place like home” and with this in mind we aim to make your move as stress-free and simple as possible which includes minimising the substantial expenditures that will arise during the course of your move. In this regard, rather than asking you to provide a security deposit at the commencement of your tenancy, we recommend that you nominate a home owner to act as your Guarantor therefore no deposit is necessary. However, the Rent Deposit Scheme is available if required.
