    Founded in 1977 with an agency in Middlesbrough, Thirlwells have grown to be one of Tees Valley's leading Estate Agents.

    Wendy Clarke and Nicola Munro, co-owners of Thirlwell Estate Agents, started working in the property business at the tender age of 16. They have been committed property consultants ever since and know the business inside and out, having seen every property scenario imaginable.

    This wealth of experience is passed down to their team, through intensive training. Co-Owner Wendy says: "We love what we do. We understand the local market better than anyone.
