Thanks for everyone's help at various stages; here goes -My experience with Clyde, Clarkston, hasn't quite ended as the lawyers are still grinding their canny ways through the Scottish Conditions of Offer, compared with which process Clyde's business of advertising my flat and procuring an offer was smart indeed.
