The question is, I would suggest, what do you want from an Estate Agent? Some we have seen look more like Apple stores! But for us what we wanted/want is a professional team who know their area, who know the people and who are very good at listening - rather than talking! Coastguards are such a set-up, each member of the team adds value to the search for your next home or the best way to sell your current house. They are the ideal team and if there was an option of six stars it's likely I'd tick that box.
