    With 25 years of experience in estate agency and development opportunities, Peter has been an intrinsic part of the Cockburn Team for over 10 years. With customer service and the ethos of dealing with a 'customer for life' he has the fine balance of traditional estate agency and networking and the more modern digital methods of marketing property. In his spare time Peter is very proud to have participated in the Ironman Barcelona tournament in October.

    Sam Ford - Office Manager
    Sam is our Sales Manager here at Cockburn and has nearly 10 years' experience in property. He has been part of the team since 2010 starting here as a Negotiator to becoming one of the top sales experts in SE9 and beyond. Always keeping an eye on the ever changing market, he is relied upon by all his clients for his personable nature and honest and accurate selling guides. Sam is a very trusted and widely recommended Manager for end to end property selling. Sam is a keen golfer and a member of a local cricket team.     James Burfoot - Senior Sales Negotiator
    We welcomed James to the Cockburn Team whilst he was completing his Marketing degree at University in 2011. Fast forward to the present day, he is now our Senior Negotiator, handling much of the front end sales development, client viewings and sales negotiations. He is a pivotal member of our team, and has grown into a unique role of managing much of our brand awareness and developing our digital marketing ideas. He has a wealth of marketing knowledge that is key in the modern age of buying and selling. James is a talented musician and is a member of a local football team in Bromley.
