      Matthew Cole - Partner
      After giving up on my childhood dream of becoming a fighter pilot it was fairly natural that I ended up as an estate agent?! I'm not sure if anyone sets out to become an estate agent but I love dealing with people and helping them any way I can, so it turned out to be the perfect fit. I've been working in the industry for donkey's years, in both the independent and corporate sectors, but I prefer to say I'm 'experienced'.

      My dream was realised when I opened the doors to Cole's in 2010 and I love what we do; helping buyers find their dream home and helping sellers every step of the way through what can seem a daunting experience. I'm very lucky to have such a wonderful team around me, but don't tell them that! I grew up in East Grinstead and am passionate about the town and surrounding area so I like to get involved in various events and projects, but above all I want to grow the reputation of Cole's as the place to go whether selling, buying, letting or renting property, for many years to come.

      When I'm not spending countless hours working (whether at home or in the office) I like building Lego Princess castles (I might add with my two beautiful girls) and spending time with my wife and children - whether it's walking on the Ashdown Forest or watching movies on the sofa.

      Kate Adams - Residential Sales Manager
      I started my office career at a local stationery supplier, but quickly realised that working purely behind a desk with a phone was not for me.

      With my father and uncle being in the property industry, I felt that joining an estate agents was a good way forward and it has proved a positive move. I have been at Cole's just over three years now and really enjoy meeting new people and helping them find their new homes along with assisting with their house sales.

      I now live in Uckfield but I grew up in the Chelwood Gate area, so pride myself on having a wealth of local knowledge especially in areas surrounding the Ashdown Forest.

      Outside of work I enjoy riding my horse and walking in the countryside with my dogs. I also enjoy travelling the world with my fiancé, Will, with Sydney, Australia and Phuket, Thailand being two of our favourites places to visit. We are planning to travel to new and exciting destinations in the year ahead.

      Diane Roberts - Senior Negotiator
      Having a creative flair whilst also being accused of "attention to detail" and being a serial mover/renovator of far too many properties in my time, I was strangely, although probably naturally drawn to estate agency following earlier careers in sales management and interior design. Meeting new people every day and helping them match their wish list to find their ideal new home is both challenging and rewarding. No two days are ever the same which is why I've been a negotiator for over 15 years now.

      I have lived and worked in the local area for 30 years and settled four years ago in Forest Row and am just completing what I hope is my final renovation! I am an avid yogi and passionate about my practice wherever I am in my life. Any opportunity to travel the world is snapped up but equally I love walking our border terrier on the beautiful Ashdown Forest. I have also just started selling my own greetings cards from my watercolour paintings; mostly cycling, yoga and border terrier related!
