I am a landlord and Urban Evolution manage my property. I recommend them very highly to other such landlords. They have done a wonderful job of finding tenants for me, even during COVID, with minimum void periods. All of the staff have been a pleasure to deal with and nothing is ever to much to ask. The costs are very reasonable, for the service provided. I have other properties, with other agents and I will now be transferring all my properties to Urban Evolution. Highly recommended.

My experience has been with the sales department, specifically Alexandra Meall, and both my partner and I are very happy with the help and service received. Alex has been very helpful from the beginning, with each of the viewings after we explained what we liked or not about the flat she would check for something that would fit our needs better. She explained the whole sale process which we really appreciate as we are first time buyers.

What I like about Urban is that their letting agent team is really easy and nice to work with. 10/10

Wonderful place to stay, highly recommended. Its quiet safe and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The best thing is the facilities of gym, gaming area and conference rooms etc for the tenants which make the stay more enjoyable.

I recommend Urban Evolution. The property manager who assists us (Annabel) was excellent in each communication. She was only one mail away every time I wrote her. She was punctual and precise. We did not have any issue with the rent of our lovely flat in Liverpool.

Professional and friendly. High standard and extremely clean rooms. Geographically perfect as it is 1 minute walk from the mall and station. Nice environment with good facilities and leisure option. Highly recommended for both students and professionals.
