        This particular house was never going to be an easy sale; it was part of the estate of my late brother and was being sold as an empty shell without any smart furnishings, a nice interior décor, carpets and all of the other things which attract buyers in difficult financial times. Despite all of that, Michael Howley from Collins Residential saw the potential; following a survey of the property he very quickly constructed a marketing plan based on a thorough and rigorous evaluation of other properties in the catchment area.
