    Find a property

    Once you have found a property to let which matches your criteria, we will conduct a reference check and contact your guarantors if required. We will then register your deposit in accordance with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS).

    On the day you move in, we will provide an inventory and verify the condition of the property. You should check this carefully as soon as you receive it as this helps to protect both you and the landlord over the course of the tenancy.

    Haydn Yemm - Director
    I started in the property industry in 1986 with a large corporate estate agency chain in Towcester where I began as a trainee negotiator. Progressed and moved to their Daventry office and became a senior negotiator and then moved to Rugby in 1988 as a branch manager for a franchised estate agency. Became a partner in that Estate Agency firm in Rugby 1990 and grew the business to approximately 150 staff with the opening of the Coventry office. After leaving the large independent I was headhunted and took a consultancy role in Warwick for a successful independent firm of estate agents turning around an office that had previously been losing money and market share. After several months and increasing the branch turnover and market share gave me the desire to set up Complete Estate Agents. Formed Complete in February 2005 and moved to 18 Church Street in Feb 2006. We currently have office in Rugby, Royal Leamington Spa and Coventry. I have three amazing children Natalie , Ryan and Oliver who all keep me young and on my toes. A recent new addition to our family is Pablo the 'Puggle' who keeps us all entertained . Hobbies are football, Cycling, Gym , Golf , Cooking and travel. My gorgeous wife Joanne puts up with me and the long hours that I work.

    Having worked in Coventry for a solicitors firm as a legal secretary then a large corporate estate agent at the age of 19. Since the birth of my son in 1999 I chose a career path in human resources for a large company in Coventry employing 250 staff. Started at Complete in 2007 as a mortgage advisor after qualifying for my CeMap exams. Due to the downturn in the mortgage market my role has been to help with the finances and HR with Complete Estate Agents and also heading up Complete Lettings in Rugby. My hobbies are G-force mixed martial arts, socialising, travel and looking after my three boys Kai ,Oliver and Pablo the 'Puggle'

    I have worked within the industry since 2002 and became a manager very quickly due to the passion I have for getting the job done. Having worked in both the lettings and sales sectors, I have gained an wealth of experience and contacts. I have also successfully passed the NFOPP Technical Award in residential lettings, which is a highly recognised qualification within the lettings industry. I have very high standards, especially when it comes to the clients customer service, advert and marketing. My market knowledge stretches across Warwickshire with direct experience in Rugby, Leamington, Coventry and surrounding villages over these years. Originally from Coventry, I moved to Lutterworth in 2016 with my daughter.
