      Jamie Curtis, Partner
      Jamie Curtis started working as a Cambridge Estate Agent in 1992 and since then he has been responsible for the sale of thousands of properties locally. His career began with a firm on Regent Street.

      He has worked as an Associate and Associate Director at two of Cambridge's leading estate agency chains running offices in Histon and Cambridge.

      Jamie was born in Mill Road, Cambridge and started life in a little hamlet near Linton called Streetly End. After a spell in different parts of the country as a youth he returned home and now lives in Fulbourn with his wife, youngest son and a few chickens. When he gets spare time he likes to grow, cook and eat things from the garden.

      Sam Cooke, Partner
      Sam Cooke became an Agent in 1999 and before starting CC&C in 2015 worked as an Associate and Associate Director at two of Cambridge's most successful estate agency chains, most recently running an office in Great Shelford.

      He is a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

      Sam's family can trace its Cambridge roots back over 500 years and he counts among his close relations a former Director of Cambridge United and former Mayor of the City. He grew up in Fulbourn and Stapleford and now lives in Trumpington with his wife and three smallish children. When not selling houses he is a Governor of Trumpington Community College, a student of Taekwondo and an enthusiast of rusty old cars and cycles that he occasionally races. With no success.

      Julia Bailey, Associate Partner
      Julia Bailey is a very experienced local estate agent. She first began working in the job in Cambridge in the 1980s and, after a break to raise a family, returned in 2000. Before joining Cooke Curtis & Co in 2015 she spent a number of years running the Sawston branch of a successful local estate agent.

      Julia grew up in Sawston and lived there until a few years ago when she began a love affair with a picture-perfect thatched cottage in Weston Colville where she lives with Mr Bailey and their two dogs.

      Steve Wells, Estate Agent
      Steve Wells has been working in Cambridge Estate Agency for more than 5 years. His career began with an independent firm in the North Cambridge Villages and quickly progressed to running a branch office in Histon. Steve is the most international member of the team, having spent his childhood in various places including Italy and Germany before moving to Fen Ditton with his family in 2005. He now lives in Cottenham with his fiancé who is also a Cambridge estate agent. Aside from listing and selling homes, Steve is a keen footballer, a lover of fine foods and travelling. He is the only member of the CC&C team who thinks that cats are better than dogs.

      Jenny Flanagan, Senior Negotiator
      Jenny has worked as an estate agent in Cambridge for more than 8 years. Initially for two of the city's other leading independent firms before choosing to come to Cooke Curtis & Co in 2016 to bolster our ranks as our business grew.

      Jenny grew up Swaffham Bulbeck and now lives in Burwell. She has a peculiar penchant for getting up early, so if you call us between 8am and 9am it's usually Jenny who will answer the phone full of beans as everyone else is still focusing on their first cup of coffee.

      Aimee Mills, Head of Lettings
      Aimee is our Head of Lettings. She first worked in property lets at the tender age of 18, looking after her fellow students as Lincoln University's Resident Co-ordinator, working her way up to Halls Manager, and she's kept the taste ever since.

      She's worked as a Property and Lettings Manager in Cambridge for 7 years, dealing with everything from short term lets and houses of multiple occupation to apartment blocks and large country houses.

      Aimee is a fearsome netball player and a keen rower and lives just west of Cambridge with Ruby the fox red Labrador.

      Lesley is responsible for day-to-day operation of the office and has spent most of the last 20 years working at a senior business management level within the recruitment sector, supporting both businesses within the City of London, Surrey & Cambridge.

      Despite a highly successful career within recruitment, Lesley has always wanted to work within the property industry and has been with Cooke Curtis & Co from the beginning.
