The market here is dead because of double council tax. We had agreed to exchange contracts with someone last year but on the day we were supposed exchange contracts she had a major heart attack and ended up in A&E without exchanging. Corbens arranged for a tenant to occupy the flat for a short term let until we exchanged contracts with a new buyer. We exchanged contracts and it was completed on the same day this week ( and the tenant moved out last week ).

Anthony sold us the property 5 years ago so we naturally asked him to sell it when we moved to Devon. As always he is very friendly and knowledgeable of the Swanage house selling market.
