How does it work?

We will come out and value your property and discuss the services you need. A professional photographer will visit your property as we believe good photographs are key when selling your home, we then write the sales particulars which you approve and start marketing your property on Rightmove, Zoopla and associated sites.

Your property can be on the market within a couple of days!

Potential buyers contact us, we arrange the viewings, vet all buyers, carry out viewings, negotiate and handle all offers.

We work for you right through to completion liaising with you, the buyer and the solicitors.

I have lived in Cornwall all my life, I can think of nowhere better to live and raise my children. I love the beach, the little towns and villages that surround us. I live with my partner and two children in Truro and over the years I have lived and worked in Truro, Probus, Falmouth and Newquay.

I have always been passionate about property and this is the reason I became an estate agent. Along with my professional estate agency qualification I have extensive knowledge of all property matters including conveyancing and arranging mortgages.

I fully understand the issues that can hold up the sale of a property and how frustrating this can be, with this in mind I will go the extra mile to ensure these are avoided or overcome as quickly as possible to keep your sale moving.

I am result focused and I firmly believe that providing exceptional customer service is key within any business. I would want nothing less than a first class service and believe you shouldn't either, this is why I will endeavour to provide you that service but at a fraction of the cost that you would pay when using a traditional high street estate agent
