    Once, estate agents were estate agents. Nowadays, they're often lawyers, mortgage brokers and letting agents too - but not at Corum. We work exclusively in estate agency, meaning we devote 100% of our time doing what our customers want: securing the best price for their property. 

    The agency's original founding partners worked together at one of the largest estate agencies in the country, until a company takeover led to a wholesale focus on Financial Services - a move reflected across the industry as a whole. It prompted the team's departure to set up the privately owned, dedicated estate agency Corum in 2003. 

    12 years on those founding partners, together with their enhanced team of additional experienced partners and associates, which include some of the most experienced negotiators in the business, have established nine branches in property hotspots throughout the west of Scotland, making us the most locally knowledgeable.

    Neil Bremner  - Local Director
    Neil opened the Largs branch in 2010. Neil started his career when he joined the Bank of Scotland in the north east of Scotland, before moving to the west coast of Scotland to take up positions managing the Dunfermline and Newcastle Building Society branches. In 1996 he moved into Estate Agency and ran the Solicitors Estate Agency in Ayrshire before moving to New South Wales, Australia, on attachment to a large Property and Mortgage Broking firm in Sydney. Following his return to the UK, Neil joined a Corporate Estate Agency in Ayrshire where he worked for eight years. 

    As a qualified banker, Neil has in-depth financial knowledge, which gives him a very rounded appreciation of the current property market. The Largs branch has quickly established itself as one of the premier Agents in North Ayrshire with experienced and professional staff whose only focus is delivering the highest service standards for their clients.

    Lesley McClure  - Senior Consultant
    Lesley began her career in property 18 years ago in the New Homes sector, working as a Sales Consultant for a national builder. She made the move into Estate Agency 10 years ago and worked with a large Corporate Agent, progressing to the role of Senior Negotiator. 

    With a proven track record in the Ayrshire property market she was approached in 2010 to manage Corum's newly opened Largs branch. Opening a branch in arguably one of the toughest markets for many years has been challenging, however, Lesley's wealth of experience coupled with her positive and enthusiastic approach to her role has ensured that, together with her team, the Largs branch is now firmly established as the leading Agency in the area.
