    Experience the difference
Once, estate agents were estate agents. Nowadays, they're often lawyers, mortgage brokers and letting agents too - but not at Corum. We work exclusively in estate agency, meaning we devote 100% of our time doing what our customers want: securing the best price for their property.

The agency's original founding partners worked together at one of the largest estate agencies in the country, until a company takeover led to a wholesale focus on Financial Services - a move reflected across the industry as a whole. It prompted the team's departure to set up the privately owned, dedicated estate agency Corum in 2003.

18 years on those founding partners, together with their enhanced team of additional experienced partners and associates, which include some of the most experienced negotiators in the business, have established nine branches in property hotspots throughout the west of Scotland, making us the most locally knowledgeable.

    Exclusively Estate Agency
Most estate agents will reassure you that they care as much about selling your home for the best possible price as you do. The difference with Corum is that we can prove it having achieved many of the highest recorded sales prices in Scotland, as verified by the Land Register.

It helps that we devote ourselves exclusively to estate agency and nothing but estate agency, meaning we have more time to invest in value-added services such as our house doctor service, viewing master class and property matching service.

    Our philosophy
That said, we are told by those who sell and buy with us that our personal service has a lot to do with what makes us different. From our branch team visits to each property to get a true taste for what makes it unique, to the little details such as the personal letters, bespoke envelopes and first class stamps that accompany our sales brochures.

We have branches throughout the West of Scotland, each one staffed by a team of expert agents with in-depth knowledge of the particular area - from the different property pockets within each, to current market conditions including sale prices and average sale times. So whether you're looking to buy one of our current properties, are interested in our property matching service or are thinking of selling your own property, why not get in touch with and we can talk through your requirements.

Our Newton Mearns branch is based at 116 Ayr Road, Newton Mearns G77 6EG 9UT and you can call us on 0141 639 5888.
