    Prior to moving to our current Leigh Broadway location, Coulson James had established themselves in the Leigh area back in 2003. As a family business, Scott & Michael Coulson initially developed a Residential Sales department, however during this time, the demand was ever growing for the need of a Lettings and Property Management department and this was subsequently created a year later.

    Since this time, and through our own diligence, we have continued to conduct successful business during some of the toughest economic times.
