    Alan - Managing Director
    Before co-founding Curlett Jones Estates, Alan was a Conveyancer and Department Legal Trainer for Pannone LLP Solicitors based in Manchester.

    Alan specialised in guiding and supporting clients through the legalities of Sale and Purchase property transactions; in 2020, he transferred his skills and knowledge to the Estate Agency sector. 

    Alan lives in the local area with his family. He says that his favourite thing to do in Southport is walking down the pier in the wind and rain - apparently it blows away the cobwebs!

    Peter - Operations Director
    Peter is the other half of Curlett Jones Estates. Coming from an Event Management Background, Peter was one of the event organisers for Liverpool Capital of Culture 2008.

    Peter looks after the day to day running of the business, supporting Alan and the team in delivering an amazing service and exceeding client expectations. Peter also lives in the local area with his family. 

    He says that the thing that makes Southport a great place to live and work are the people. He loves sitting in one of the local Cafés on Lord Street, people watching and enjoying a great cup of coffee!

    Chloe - Property Director
    Chloe has worked in the property industry for over 12 years, starting as an apprentice and working her way up over the years to Director level. Chloe has many years of experience in all aspects of lettings, property management and sales and now uses these skills to lead in these departments of the business. Chloe utilises her knowledge of both the sales and lettings market to specialise in the selling of investment properties and portfolios, HMO investments and other complexed property transactions. Chloe is currently completing a Level 5 NVQ in Operations Departmental Management and is passionate about providing a high level of service, building strong relationships along the way. Chloe gets the most job satisfaction when customers continue to give repeat business and recommend Curlett Jones to friends and family. In her spare time Chloe enjoys walking her golden retriever, Ralphie in Hesketh Park.

    With eight years' hands-on Marketing experience, Laura started her career in content creation and has worked up to Director level. Laura has operated within the property sector specifically for the last six years and specialises in marketing residential and student properties to both UK and overseas markets. Laura's marketing experience spans property sales, investment, management and lettings. Collaborating with others is important to Laura and she enjoys giving back to the community through charity work.

    Eleanor-Branch Manager/Head of Property Management
    With over four years of experience in the property industry, Eleanor brings a broad and impressive range of expertise. Her background includes property sales, lettings, shared ownership schemes, rent-to-buy arrangements, client account management, new build developments, and new business acquisition. She has also earned her Level 3 Award in The Sale of Residential Property through NAEA Propertymark, demonstrating her commitment to professionalism and excellence in the field. Eleanor's passion for property extends beyond the workplace-she is currently undertaking a full renovation of her first home, embracing the challenge with energy and enthusiasm. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys cooking, getting outdoors for walks whenever she can, and playing tennis to unwind. On top of all that, she's also learning Spanish!

    Bradley- Tenancy Manager 
    Bradley has worked in the property sector for three years, beginning his career as an sales negotiator before transitioning into a property manager role for the past two years. His passion for the industry stems from a young age, having grown up in a family deeply involved in property. His father would often take him along to viewings and meetings, sparking his early interest. Bradley is particularly experienced in managing tenant relations, especially in areas such as arrears, maintenance issues, and providing general support when needed. What he enjoys most about his job is the opportunity to help people-he takes pride in completing tasks that contribute to tenants feeling secure and comfortable in their homes. Outside of work, Bradley enjoys watching football with friends, playing online games, and occasionally training in Muay Thai.

    With nine years of experience in block management, Bill brings a deep well of expertise and insight to his role. He has developed a strong understanding of the Building Safety Act and consistently prioritises customer satisfaction, ensuring that both residents and stakeholders feel supported and informed. Over the course of his career, Bill has managed a wide variety of buildings, each with its own unique set of characteristics and challenges. He thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same and takes pride in his ability to solve problems efficiently and keep things running smoothly. Outside of work, Bill is a dedicated Ipswich Town FC supporter and enjoys nothing more than spending quality time with his family.

    With over 20 years in the housing sector, including more than 12 years specialising in leasehold management, Oonagh has extensive experience managing a diverse portfolio of leasehold, shared ownership, and commercial properties across the Northwest. She has played a key role in budget management, scheme inspections, resident meetings, and Section 20 consultations, ensuring compliance and smooth operations. Oonagh has been appointed to oversee the day-to-day management of all Southport blocks, she is committed to maintaining high living standards, optimising property performance, and fostering strong relationships with residents. Outside of work, enjoys walking, gardening, and practicing yoga!

    With over 20 year's experience in Estate agency, Sharon has spent the last 10 years at Gascoigne Halman Estate Agent in Wilmslow, Cheshire working in Property Management looking after properties for landlords in and around the Cheshire area. Recently relocated to the Southport area, Sharon is enjoying finding all the 'hidden gems' in and around Southport, with lovely day trips with her husband and family. Having recently become a first time grandma, Sharon enjoys spending this precious time with her new grandson.
