    Catherine Bruce
    With many years of experience in lettings, sales and property management, Catherine joined the team in Glasgow in April 2018.

    As well as overseeing the day to day operations of the Glasgow office, Catherine is responsible for providing clients with market appraisals for both sales and rentals and has a wealth of knowledge of the Glasgow property market as well as letting legislation.

    The aspect of her role that Catherine enjoys most is the contact with her customers and she is driven to ensure that they receive the best possible service from DJ Alexander.

    David Sullivan, Property Manager
    Having studied architecture and with a background in customer service and relations, David now focuses his talents on providing a first-class level of service in all aspects of the business. 

    As a Property Manager, David is responsible for conducting property viewings with prospective tenants, meeting and liaising with new and existing clients to discuss rental opportunities for both landlords and tenants, preparing detailed inventories and checkout reports for rental properties and carrying out regular property inspections to ensure both landlords and tenants receive the highest possible level of service.

    David has a real focus on customer and client relations as he believes effective communication and empathetic service is key to ensuring a positive experience for our landlords and tenants.

    Patrick Cairns, Property Manager
    Initially Joining the team in the summer of 2015 Patrick brought a vast amount of tenant credit & referencing experience to the role of Property Manager. He meets all his prospective tenants and explains all the processes and the information required to pass our strict checks. He discusses the candidate's credentials with the landlords before any are accepted and ensures the move-in process is as smooth as possible. 

    Patrick also carries out all aspects of property management including the bringing on of new properties, taking marketing photographs, carrying out in depth inventories, checkout inspections and routine property inspections. He is a very approachable individual who will also take time out his day to discuss any concern, be it from a landlord or tenant.

    Diane Harte, Property Manager
    Having joined DJ Alexander in 2015, Diane's role is centred around the letting process of new and existing properties, meeting with new tenants, liaising with landlords and including carrying out viewings, inventories, checkouts and inspections.

    Diane likes to keep up to date with regulations and attends industry training courses, most recently completing the Letwell course. She enjoys meeting new people and is keen to provide excellent customer service and strives to achieve goals centred around landlord and tenant satisfaction.

    Craig Masson
    Joining the team in 2018, Craig is quickly becoming a well-established property manager in the Glasgow area. Craig brings unrivalled customer service skills perfected through a successful career in sales, coaching and finance. 

    He works hard to establish excellent rapports with clients and will help assist tenants and landlords with all things pre/post-let. His day to day responsibilities include: meeting with prospective tenants, conducting thorough check-out & inventory reports, liaising with landlords and overseeing inspection works.
