    Landlord Fees

    Full Management

    • A fee of £360 including VAT for arranging the tenancy.
    • In the event of a new Tenant, an arrangement fee of £180 including VAT shall be payable.
    • Commission of 14.4% including VAT of the calendar monthly rent, for collecting the said rent for the initial and subsequent periods.

    Rent Only

    • A fee of £360 including VAT for arranging the tenancy
    • In the event of a new Tenant, an arrangement fee of £180 including VAT shall be payable.
    • Commission of 9% including VAT of the calendar monthly rent, for collecting the said rent for the initial and subsequent periods.

    Tenant Introduction & Agreement

    • A fee of 60% of the initial month's rent including VAT for arranging the tenancy for a 6 month period.
    • A fee of 95% of the initial month's rent including VAT for a 12 month period.
    • In the event of a new Tenant, an arrangement fee of 60% of the initial month's rent including VAT shall be payable for a 6 month period, 95% of the initial month's rent including VAT for a 12 month period
    • A fee of £125.00 including VAT to carry out a check -out inspection and liaise with the Deposit Protection Service.
