    Patrick McCutcheon, Director
    Patrick started his career with Dacre, Son & Hartley in 1985 and from the start took a keen interest in the diverse range of services that the firm has to offer.Now head of the company's residential operation, Patrick is based at the head office in Ilkley and provides sales and marketing advice across the whole price spectrum with specialist knowledge within the upper sectors. Married to Charlotte and with two children, Patrick is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.

    Paul Wilson, Wharfedale Area Director
    Paul started his career at Dacre, Son & Hartley in 2001, eventually moving on to manage the offices in North Leeds and Bramhope. After working for a local competitor in Leeds City Centre for 4 years Paul returned to Dacres in 2014.Although based at our Ilkley office as branch manager, he is also the Wharfedale area manager and oversees operations at the Bramhope, Otley, Guiseley, Burley and North Leeds offices. Living in Ilkley and with extensive experience of the local property market, he is passionate about delivering the best service to his customers no matter what their budget.

    Vicki Bradley, Sales Negotiator
    Vicki joined the Customer Service Centre in 2018 with considerable experience in customer service before joining the team at our Ilkley office as sales negotiator. She completed her Level 3 NVQ in the Sale of Residential property in August 2020.She enjoys building relationships with customers, supporting them throughout their journey with Dacres to help make their experience as seamless as possible. Vicki has always lived in the Aire Valley.
