A true North London local, Kasim grew up just down the road in Highbury. Kasim studied Financial Business Economics at university and started his career in the property industry 20 years ago, gaining valuable experience of running and managing offices for independent and corporate agencies all over London.

Theophile Dorges - Head of Property Management
Theo was born in Paris but grew up in South Wales. His father is an estate agent, so it only felt natural that he would follow in his footsteps. He has been with David Andrew for over a decade and speaks French fluently. Heading up the Property Management team is a very diverse role and one that Theo handles with the excellent combination of calmness, in-depth knowledge and professionalism.
Shangeetha Thayalan - Senior Client Administrator
Geetha is originally from Sri Lanka and completed her BSc degree in India. She came to the UK in 2005 and worked in the property industry. Since March 2013, Geetha has been a long-term key member of the David Andrew Property Management team.
Daria Bendkowska - Accounts Administrator
Anusha Gokool - Senior Property Manager
Originally from Mauritius but now based in London, Anusha has a BSC (hons) in Information Technology and Business Information Systems. She has a flair for languages and is fluent in French and Hindi. Whilst previously working as an administrator for another North London estate agent, Anusha soon moved into Property Management and now has over 10 years of valuable experience.

Adrian Chiu - Property Administrator
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Adrian has a solid background in commercial real estate, specialising in property management, valuation, and investment analysis. Since moving to London in 2022, he has expanded his expertise into the residential sector.
