On the valuation we will discuss how to get the maximum price for your property, and what Days do different to other agents.
We also have a number of current applicants looking for properties that have been financially qualified and are ready to buy, we will match your property to their criteria and line them up for a possible viewing.
With the growth of the internet and on-line property portals, statistics say 85% of people looking to buy will use these such platforms like Rightmove and Zoopla and Prime location to name a few.
We also use our Facebook and Instagram pages to advertise / promote properties as these platforms are becoming very popular.
The other 15% still prefer to visit the high street and that is why we have a prominent office in Marmion road with electronic window displays.
Many agents only take a few photos, here at Days we like to get as many as possible. Taking photos at different angles and orientations of rooms and outside space promotes the property in its best advantage.
All property details come with floorplans as standard and we like to use feature displays on Rightmove and Zoopla.
