    Like lettings we pride ourselves in sales on our local knowledge and expertise within the property market.

    What do we do at Days to sell your property?


    The selling of your property starts at the valuation stage. We will take as much detailed information from you before coming round to actually see the property.

    The research starts by looking at sold in the road prices, properties similar to yours within a close proximity that are currently on the market or sold with Day's and other agents.

    On the valuation we will discuss how to get the maximum price for your property, and what Days do different to other agents.

    We also have a number of current applicants looking for properties that have been financially qualified and are ready to buy, we will match your property to their criteria and line them up for a possible viewing.


    With the growth of the internet and on-line property portals, statistics say 85% of people looking to buy will use these such platforms like Rightmove and Zoopla and Prime location to name a few.

    We also use our Facebook and Instagram pages to advertise / promote properties as these platforms are becoming very popular.

    The other 15% still prefer to visit the high street and that is why we have a prominent office in Marmion road with electronic window displays.

    Property Details

    Many agents only take a few photos, here at Days we like to get as many as possible. Taking photos at different angles and orientations of rooms and outside space promotes the property in its best advantage.

    All property details come with floorplans as standard and we like to use feature displays on Rightmove and Zoopla.

    Personal Touch / Viewings

    To keep Service as our number one priory, we are happy to do viewings on Sundays (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY) and after work hours. All viewings are accompanied and we try to give feedback within 24 hrs.

    I have worked for both the larger national estate agents and local independent agents. I have recently come across to days to launch the sales side of the business to compliment the excellent lettings business and reputation that days currently have.

      3 months ago-My husband and I purchased our first house through Days Estates. We visited Days while going from Agent to Agent and at first glance thought they just dealt in property letting. Once inside we met Jim who showed us the properties he had available that met our specifications and later that day we went and viewed a house we liked the look of.The house was chain free, so viewings weren't a problem and we managed to see the place before it was even listed online!Jim who showed us around was very friendly and was knowledgeable about similar properties/prices and the area.
