    Dendrow will Market the Property having completed a free Market Appraisal of your property. With High Resolution Photos to entice inquiries.
    Viewings are conducted in person by our Agents and will be with you every step of the way
    Professional Referencing is carried out on the applicants and subject to your approval prior to the Tenancy Agreement being issued.

    2. Let and Rent Collection
    Dendrow will collect the rent on the property on your behalf and chase any late payments (if any)
    inclusive of the above Let only Package

    3. Full Property Management
    Dendrow's expert property management department are well versed in all areas of residential property management (exclusions apply).
    Inclusive of both levels of service above, along with Maintenance and periodic inspection of the property.

    Dendrow also offers Landlords who instruct the company on the full fee at the chosen level of service a FREE rent guarantee provided by Van Mildert Referencing. This provides peace of mind that even if the tenant defaults on rent (for whatever reason) the rent will still be paid.
